What is EOF?

The Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) is one of the nation's most comprehensive and successful state-supported efforts to provide access to higher education for students who lack the economic resources and academic preparation to attend college. To learn more about the EOF and its profound history, please visit http://www.state.nj.us/highereducation/EOF/EOF_History.shtml

Students selected for admission into EOF will receive support services such as academic advisement, career counseling, tutoring, financial aid support, and transfer assistance. Students enrolled in the EOF program may also receive additional financial assistance through grants of up to $800. These grants are renewable annually, based on a student's continued eligibility.

Space is limited and based on program allocation for each campus program. Students must apply early and abide by all requested documentation for admission. The campus director makes the final determination of eligibility.
